In case you cancel your attendance at the conference, the registration fee can be refunded as follows::
- until April 15th 2022 - with a 20% deduction for organization costs and bank charges
- until June 31st 2022 - with a 50% deduction for organization costs and bank charges
- after July 1st 2022 - no registration fee refund
In the case of COVID-19 or a natural disaster, registration funds will be refunded after deducting bank transaction or PayPal fees.
V primeru odpovedi udeležbe na konferenci, je vračilo kotizacije možno:
- do 15. 4. 2022 - z 20% odbitkom za stroške organizacije in bančne stroške
- do 31.6. 2022 - s 50% odbitkom za stroške organizacije in bančne stroške
- po 1.7. 2022 - ni vračila kotizacije
V primeru covid-a 19 ali naravne nesreče je vračilo kotizacije v celoti z odbitkom bančne
transakcije ali stroškov paypala.
U slučaju otkazivanja konferencije, kotizacija se može vratiti:
- do 15. travnja 2022. - s odbitkom od 20% za troškove organizacije i bankovne troškove
- do 31.lipnja. 2022. - s odbitkom od 50% za troškove organizacije i bankovne troškove
- nakon 1.srpnja. 2022 - nema povrata kotizacije
U slučaju COVID-19 ili prirodne katastrofe, naknada za registraciju vraća se u cijelosti
vraćanjem bankovne transakcije ili paypal troškova.
